Emmons & Associates, P.C. was established in 1990 in Doylestown, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, and and has provided local, state and recently, national representation for family, business and association legal and business needs offering large firm quality and resources for unique and challenging resolutions primarily upon referral from lawyers seeking specialized legal and consulting services. From 1999 to 2004, Mr. Emmons became Of Counsel and then a Partner with two large Philadelphia firms, retiring to once again provide personalized attention to his clientele's needs from his boutique practice. The practice boasts legal representation of real estate businesses in all 50 states and Mr. Emmons has become a regular keynote speaker and guest columnist for a number of organizations seeking his educational and writing abilities.
His entire staff is dedicated to helping clients with their legal matters regarding Real Estate, Brokerage, Title, Banking and Business needs. A majority of his practice involves assisting real estate brokerage and appraisal companies with organization, operations and compliance.
